Sennep is looking for a product manager with at least five years of experience who understands the world of trading. You will head up a talented team of UX/UI designers and work closely with our fintech client – one of US’ leading investment and trading companies. Knowledge of options trading is a huge advantage, and some trading experience is needed for this role.

You know how to:

• Turn top-level company goals into detailed product requirements.
• Communicate effectively (e.g. create presentations, clearly communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, update teams via Slack, take clear meeting notes, etc.).
• Champion a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. designers, engineers, stakeholders, etc.).
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Create time and resource plans and track progress against these.
• Plan and conduct user testing (both moderated and unmoderated).
• Document and draw insights from customer data and user testing.
• Apply and strengthen product development methodologies (e.g. agile, scrum, kanban, etc.) to increase efficiency.
• Use software like Confluence, Airtable, Figjam/Miro, Pitch/Keynote, user testing software, Jira, Harvest, etc.
• Utilise your trading experience to inform and enhance the user experience of trading interfaces.
